Please be sure to read this before submitting your request.
About Requests
CAN
  • Original Character
    (or original characters of third parties with prior permission)    ​
  • Original character of Katori Motake
  • Game avatars
    (Roblox, FF17 etc...)    ​​​
CAN'T
  • Mechas, furry
  • Copyrighted material
    or material based on copyrighted material
  • Extremely damaging to the image of Katori Motake and Katori Motake's creations
  • Discrimination and hate art
  • NO REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED.
  • Revisions to sketches will be free of charge up to 3 times, with an additional charge of $7 per revision thereafter.
  • I'll not accept any revisions after sketches has been submitted. It would be helpful if you could provide several reference sheets for the character at the time of request so that I can draw it in more detail.
  • Requests for complex backgrounds may be declined.
  • It is prohibited to leak each other's personal information obtained in the process of exchanging requests to outside  parties. (I also do not divulge client information)
​Creation period
  • Sketches take about a week and the main work takes about a month.
    (These may vary depending on the schedule)
  • An additional fee of $8 will be charged for rush orders.

Payment Method
PayPal only
I'll need the client's email in order to send the invoice.

Delivery method
Please select from dropbox or email.
Request Details
  1. Specification of style.
  2. How you want the drawing to look.
  3. Reference of the character you'd like me to draw.
  4. Character's personality, etc.
  5. Preferred Submission Method. (dropbox or email.)

If you have any other specifications or preferences, please write them down at this point.
(canvas size, extension, etc.)
Flow of commission
  1. please send me your request by email or SNS DM.
  2. I'll reply to you within a week.
    If you do not hear     from me, please send it again.
  3. after confirming your order, I'll submit a sketch.
  4. after you decide on the sketch, please pay me by PayPal.
  5. after confirming the payment, I'll start the creation process.
  6. after completion, I'll deliver your order by the delivery method you have chosen.

TO DISTINGUISH FROM SPAM, PLEASE BE SURE TO  CHECK THE STATUS AT ANY GIVEN TIME AND SEND YOUR REQUEST FIRST!!!

​Copyrights
 In principle, commercial use is not allowed.
For commercial or corporate projects, please contact us  directly by e-mail, not by SNS DM. In such cases,
the fee will be different from the fee set within the  commission.
The rights to the illustrations and characters belong  to the client, myself, and Katori Motake.
Copyrights will not be waived or transferred.
You may use the commissioned work as you wish,
as long as it is for private use.
Please do not use the commissioned work for goods or  other items that will incur monetary compensation.
Commissioned works will be published on portfolio sites  and social networking sites.
If you do not like it, please let us know in advance.
No comments or extensive modification of the commissioned work is allowed.
